We are aware of a major outage affecting Openreach this morning in the Churchill area. This is due to ongoing upgrade works of the A38/A368 junction between Churchill and Langford. Openreach are required to move apparatus and involves disconnecting, diverting and reconnecting copper and fibre infrastructure.
We are informed both shared and dedicated infrastructure will be affected inc SoADSL, SoGEA, SoGFAST, FTTP and Leased lines. This is affecting a wide area, between East Harptree and the M5. We expect work to be completed by this evening.
All affected customers have been sent a link to download and active a eSim for backup mobile connectivity for the duration. Any issues, call 0800 6 102106
