We will be adding more resiliency to our VoIP cloud to ensure the issues we have been encountering will not happen again. Adding a secondary platform that mirrors the primary will ensure an available service, even if issues are encountered. This resiliency is also being added to the unaffected home and business VoIP platform, so we expect a slight outage while we reboot the primary platform. We apologise for any disruption.
